Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
